What Would Be Better if You Were Steadier Under Pressure?
Counselling is an investment in your health, your relationships, and your ability to show up the way you want to.
Here’s what sessions cost, how they’re booked, and what to expect from your first appointment—so you can make a straightforward decision.
The real question is what will it cost to keep doing what you’re doing?
What I Offer
Session Fees
All sessions are held online for clients in New Brunswick and Ontario.
People from other areas should reach out to check availability.
No-Risk First Session
I can’t guarantee the outcome, and I can’t promise we’ll know right away if we’re the right fit. The only real way to find that out is to try a first session.
What I can guarantee is this: if the first session doesn’t feel right and you decide not to book another appointment, I won’t charge you for that session.
At the end of our time together, I’ll check in about how it went and whether you want to continue.
This is a one-time policy for our first session together. If you choose to continue, or return later, the usual session fee applies.

What to Expect in the First Session
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and to lay out how we will work together.
We’ll talk about:
-
what’s bringing you in
-
what feels hardest right now
-
what you want to be different
-
how I work
-
whether this feels like a good fit
You don’t need to prepare a speech or have everything figured out. We start with where things are, and go from there.
Online Sessions
All sessions are held via secure video call anywhere in Ontario or New Brunswick.
That means you can join from:
-
home
-
your office
-
your vehicle (parked)
-
any private space with a reliable connection
A phone, tablet, or computer works fine. You will receive a link and simply click-to-call. Earbuds or headphones help keep things more private.
Anyone from outside of Ontario or New Brunswick should contact me to check availability in your region.
Payment
Payment is due on the day of your session.
Accepted payment methods:
-
credit card (securely kept on file)
-
e-transfer

Receipts & Benefits
Many extended health benefit plans cover counselling services, depending on your provider and plan.
I provide emailed receipts after each session that you can submit for reimbursement if your plan allows.
It’s a good idea to check with your provider ahead of time so you know what’s covered.
